NEXT, SKIP, RECALL, CUT, PUSH — All in One Click

The Queue Control panel is the staff's main screen. The current waiting list is shown in order. Press NEXT to call the next customer — TV display updates or WhatsApp fires automatically depending on your plan.

RECALL re-notifies a customer who missed the call. PUSH transfers the customer to another service type with the same ticket. CUT inserts a VIP or emergency customer to the front without a new number.

TV Queue Display

TV Display with Voice TTS — Any Browser, Any Screen

Open the TV display URL in Chrome on any Smart TV or monitor — no hardware box, no app needed. The currently-serving number appears in large text visible across the room. A chime plays on every call.

Voice TTS announces automatically: "Now serving 7002, please proceed to Reception." Staff can toggle voice ON/OFF. YouTube promotional video plays in the side panel while customers wait.

Star Ratings After Every Visit — Auto, Optional

After status changes to ✅ Served, a "⭐ Rate Your Experience" button appears on the customer's phone. No staff action needed. Customer taps, chooses 1–5 stars, optional comment — done in under 10 seconds.

Feedback Report shows average rating trend, breakdown by service type, breakdown by counter staff, satisfaction score, and a keyword word cloud from all customer comments. Enable in My Profile — default OFF.

Every queue request automatically adds the customer to your database — name, phone, IC number, service used, visit date, pax count. No manual entry. View repeat visit count and first/last visit date.

Queue Request History shows every ticket issued — searchable by date, name, service type, status. Staff Session Log shows who served what and when, with full activity timeline and login/logout times.
