SMS Prefix Report

What is the SMS Prefix Report?

The SMS Prefix Report breaks down your outgoing SMS by mobile number prefix (e.g. 0111, 0112, 0123, 0166). This helps you understand which operator networks your messages are being sent to, and compare costs across different prefix groups — useful when sending to mixed Malaysian and international numbers.

How to Access the Prefix Report

Log in to your iSMS member account and go to Reports → SMS Prefix Report.

Reading the Prefix Report

The report displays a chart showing SMS volumes and charges grouped by mobile prefix for the selected month. If you sent messages to international numbers on a particular day, the charge for that date will be higher than usual — this is reflected in the chart.

Changing the Month View

Use the option bar above the chart to switch between months and review historical prefix data.
