  3. What is the difference between short code & long code?
    A: Short Code is a 5 digit number while Long Code is a random mobile number that allows customer reply.
  4. Where to check our customer replies?
    A: You may check them through e-mail, SMS Reply History and receive reply via sms. You will be charged 1 sms credits per reply.
  5. How to write long message & count the character?
    A: You just need to click on long message, it will automatic count characters for you.
  6. Why does the address book disallow 2 person with same mobile numbers? Also, why we are unable to send birthday greetings twice?
    A: The address book is set to allow unique mobile numbers only and does not accept duplication. For Bulk SMS Singapore, under the service policy that Birthday Greetings can only be sent 1 year once to prevent your message from being spam.
  7. Can we continue to use the remaining credits after we reload again?
    A: Yes. You may reload new credits to continue using the (previously expired) credits.
  8. How to compose CSV files?
    A: Compose your data to excel file and save it as CSV. Mobile numbers and usernames are the most important columns as they are compulsory to insert. To learn more please click HERE for the guide.
  9. Let's say, the number I sent sms to, is not in service or has been terminated or undelivered for some reason. Would my sms credits still be deducted?
    A: We charge every single sms per submission. However, we will not charge for invalid number format. In our SMS History Report, it will be shown as undelivered number.
  10. Can we share Bulk SMS Singapore credits among many people?
    A: Yes. Go to "Edit Sub Account" to add on the sub account and you can control the limit of credits allocated to each sub account.
  11. How to make payment through PayPal?
    A: Any question please call the PayPal contact number listed in the Purchase Credits Page.
  12. How to change to short code?
    A: Go to "Edit Profile" and click the "Number Masking". Every update will be charged 10 SMS credits. One time charge only.
  13. What happens if system error occurs during compose SMS?
    A: Please do not "refresh" the page. Just close your browser and log back into the system from the hompage. Then, check your history.
  14. Can we can copy & paste message from Microsoft Words file?
    A: Please do not copy & paste from Microsoft Words file. It may contain invalid characters. SMS will not be delivered if invalid characters is detected.
  15. How long does it take to activated the Bulk SMS Singapore account?
    A: Immediately or during working hours.
